By accessing, browsing, or using this website and our social media pages, you are certifying that you have read and reviewed this agreement and are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. You should not use this website if you do not agree to these terms. The term ‘Kisaan’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the Kisaan. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website. We may vary this Agreement at any time. Please refer to this page from time to time to review these changes and new additional information.
Before registering for a Kisaan account, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. This may assist in understanding our practices.

By subscribing to the services, you agree to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite period until cancelled by you or us, as set out in these terms. The subscription amount and billing interval are set out on the checkout page and are subjected to change without prior notice. You may cancel, pause, edit or amend your subscription or re-subscribe at any time by contacting us through channels via telephone or email.
ONE TIME ORDER- By agreeing to terms and conditions, you may place a one-time order. After placing an order, you may receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order and is under processing.
You may not be able cancel or edit your order before the specified period of time. The specific period may vary and may be found on the website. We may notify you of your order cancellation and a refund may be issued which may be seen in your bank account within 7-14 Business days.
We also reserve the right to accept or reject an Order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or logistical challenge.
We may offer discounts, promotions, and other kinds of coupons from time to time or for a specific time period. Any voucher may only be used once by you and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or published either directly or indirectly in any form or stored in a data retrieval system without our prior written approval. Only one voucher may be permitted per order. We reserve the right to remove or cancel any Voucher for any purpose at any time. Vouchers may only be exchanged through the website and not by any other website or communication method. To use your Voucher, you may be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout and agree to these terms and conditions and any special conditions attached to the Voucher. Any discounts attached to Vouchers apply to the price of the Products or order full amount. We may exclude the use of voucher codes on specific products.
We only deliver to service zone addresses. You agree to provide us with complete and correct information that we request from you to enable us to complete an order. Please take care when placing your Order. We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed Orders. You may receive a time window of delivery one day before delivery. We may notify you if reasonable changes are made to the delivery date or time window. Please note that our delivery times are estimates. As a small business with limited staff, we are sometimes vulnerable to unexpected disruptions, including staff absences and traffic delays.
We may deliver the Products to the front door of your delivery address ensuring full guidance of Covid-19. You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver the Products, including ensuring safe access, instructions, or any prior security which you want to apply for the Delivery. In case you may not be home at the expected delivery time, we advise you to place an Esky and a bag of ice in a cool, safe place for delivery of the Products or mention delivery instructions for any other arrangements. If you do not provide a specific place for delivery, we may leave the Products at your doorstep. You may be liable for an Order upon delivery of the Products in accordance with your instructions. We accept no liability or responsibility for any Product once the Product has been delivered to you.
The Products may be at your risk from the moment of delivery to the Delivery Address or as per your delivery instructions. Ownership of the Products may not be transferred to you until we receive full payment of all sums due under the Products, including delivery charges.
Payment failures may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect or outdated payment information, and transaction disputes. In such cases, we may re-attempt the payment process. We reserve the right to re-attempt payment on the nominated payment method to recover any outstanding amounts. In the event that payment re-attempts are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to recover the debt through alternative means, either directly or through a third party. We may inform you about the pending payments of orders via phone or email. Therefore, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate future deliveries when payments are outstanding. In addition, we reserve the right to investigate all accounts where we suspect inappropriate or fraudulent activity occurred.
We may offer an appropriate reimbursement for legitimate reasons after proper investigating which takes 7-14 Business days to transfer into your bank account. If you seek a refund for any other reason, you may request a refund, visit kisaan.com.au/contact and we may review each request at our sole discretion. We may notify you of the outcome of your refund request via email within 30 days. All the refunds are credited back to the original payment method used.
If you are seeking a refund on an order delivered on wrong delivery address, we have the rights to review or neglect each request at our sole discretion.
Except where prohibited by law, Kisaan may not be liable to you for any loss (including through negligence), damage, liabilities, or claims and expenses that you may suffer due to use of the Website, including the use of any information on it. You use the internet and the Website at your own risk. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, whether registered or unregistered, and in the material includes all copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) published on it
